You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Major Meadow LLC, VonTrend, and their owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of VonTrend, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to VonTrend at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent preempted by applicable federal law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of VonTrend shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
